About the Firm

The Credentials Behind
Every Recommendation.

Clear Impact Systems is not a software vendor or a generalist consulting shop. We are a practitioner-led intelligence firm built by consultants, engineers, and behavioral scientists who have operated in the highest-stakes environments across federal government, national defense, and enterprise advisory.

Our Philosophy

We Architect Logic.
You Make the Decision.

"Regardless of the project, sector, or operational challenge, our ultimate focus remains absolute: we architect the underlying logic that protects your bottom line and drives measurable ROI."

Science First.

Every framework we build is grounded in peer-reviewed methodology: validated psychometrics, rigorous research protocols, and statistically defensible scoring architectures. We do not ship intuition dressed as insight.

Clarity Over Complexity.

Advanced models are only as useful as the decisions they enable. Our deliverables are built for executives, not academic journals. Signal, not noise.

ROI as the Standard.

We measure every engagement against a single standard: what did it return to your organization? Revenue protected. Capital deployed more precisely. Risk identified before it materialized.

Leadership

Three Disciplines.
One Framework.

Our three-person leadership team represents the deliberate convergence of behavioral science, AI engineering, and disciplined execution: the exact combination required to build intelligence systems that are rigorous, deployable, and trustworthy.

Samuel Pawaskar

CEO & Principal Consultant

Samuel Pawaskar is the founder and chief executive of Clear Impact Systems and the principal consultant on the firm's most consequential engagements. He built the firm to close a gap he saw in every sector he worked in: the decisions that determine an organization's trajectory are still made on instinct, when disciplined science paired with modern AI can turn that instinct into defensible, repeatable advantage.

As principal consultant, he translates ambiguous, high-stakes problems into decision systems leadership can act on. He has architected evaluation frameworks that rank strategic options by likelihood of success, quantify organizational risk before it surfaces, and give executives a documented, defensible basis for committing capital and people, replacing intuition with intelligence at the precise point of decision.

His track record spans the country's most demanding environments. For national-security clients, he directed multi-year assessments of the behavioral threat programs relied on by leading federal intelligence and law-enforcement agencies. For enterprise and institutional clients, he has built multi-criteria decision systems that compressed sprawling, contradictory inputs into single, board-ready recommendations. A behavioral scientist by training, he grounds every framework in validated methodology.

Today he sets both the strategic direction of the firm and the standard for its work: custom AI-augmented intelligence engines, engineered around each client's specific decisions, calibrated to protect the bottom line, and measured against the only metric that ultimately matters, the return they produce.

Bradley Corwin

Bradley Corwin

Partner & Lead Software Engineer

Bradley Corwin is a partner at Clear Impact Systems and its lead software engineer, responsible for the architecture behind every intelligence engine the firm delivers. He is the technical authority who turns the firm's most ambitious analytical concepts into systems that run reliably in production.

He specializes in AI systems that must be accurate, auditable, and defensible under real operational and regulatory pressure: the kind of infrastructure enterprises and government clients can stake decisions on. He is co-inventor of U.S. Patent No. 12,069,010, a novel AI-driven architecture for threat reporting and investigation that measurably increased both the quality and the volume of actionable intelligence reaching decision-makers.

His engineering leadership spans the full stack, from data pipelines and retrieval architectures to cloud deployment and application delivery. He has built AI platforms for national-security clients that surface risk signals and convert complex human inputs into structured intelligence, designed from the outset around the stakeholders who depend on the results.

At Clear Impact Systems, Corwin owns the standard that separates a working prototype from production-grade intelligence. He ensures the logic behind every recommendation is as sound running live in a client's environment as it is in design, and that the systems built today still hold up as the organization and its data evolve.

Jack Rygg

Jack Rygg

Partner & Lead Software Engineer

Jack Rygg is a partner at Clear Impact Systems and a lead software engineer, focused on building AI systems that are as governable as they are powerful. He holds an active U.S. security clearance and sets the bar for the technical soundness, security, and defensibility of every engine the firm deploys.

He specializes in the hard part of applied AI: architecting systems that perform reliably while remaining transparent, controllable, and accountable. He has designed and deployed enterprise-grade conversational AI platforms operating at scale, and is co-inventor of U.S. Patent No. 12,069,010, the intelligence architecture at the core of the firm's technology.

His engineering experience spans defense and enterprise software, from production systems at Northrop Grumman to AI feasibility and strategy work delivered directly to executive stakeholders. He leads the architecture, governance, and secure deployment of AI in environments where confidentiality and correctness are non-negotiable.

At Clear Impact Systems, Rygg leads engineering on the systems where the cost of being wrong is highest, pairing advanced AI capability with the controls that give leadership the confidence to bet consequential decisions on it.

Research & Intellectual Property

Federally Funded. Credentialed.
Operationally Proven.

Our team's experience is grounded in frameworks built on validated, federal-grade research—not proprietary black boxes. The published research and patented systems below are the public record behind that work.

U.S. Patent

Chatbot for Reporting and Investigating Threats

Patent No. US-12,069,010-B1  ·  Granted August 2024

A novel AI-driven system for reporting and investigating threats, addressing systemic deficiencies in existing criminal activity reporting methods. The chatbot intelligently gathers and analyzes user responses, significantly increasing voluntary disclosure of actionable information to law enforcement. Its effectiveness was validated through controlled human-subjects testing.

Co-inventors: Bradley Corwin and Jack Rygg, individually. The patent is held by its inventors, not by the company.
